WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

All major credit cards are accepted.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any restocking fees. The return shipping cost is not covered by us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted. Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? 

Voxedo partners with global designers and manufacturers to be able to provide you with designer styled clothing at affordable prices.

This means that your order can be shipped from our global warehouses such as Paris, USA, Thailand, Tibet, Australia, China, depending on the items. 

Because of the extreme demand most of our items are directly shipping from our warehouses, your items may take 3-4 weeks to arrive from our chinse manufacturer. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, your order is on it’s way.

US manufacturer products expected to arrive 3-8 days.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

ORDER CHANGE (SIZE OR MODEL)

All orders can be modified until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel or change it, you must contact us through our contact page within 6 business hours following payment.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S MY ORDER?

If you ordered multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately due to being shipped from one or more of our global warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
